These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the doit.fitness mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER: DOIT.FITNESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED BY USERS ATTEMPTING EXERCISES SHOWN IN THE APP. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

1. HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING

Physical exercise, in all its forms, carries the risk of injury. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Informational Content: The exercises, routines, and challenges shown in the App are intended as general guide references only. They do not constitute medical advice or a professional fitness prescription.
2. Professional Consultation: You should consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program. Furthermore, we strongly recommend consulting a certified personal trainer if you have any questions regarding form, safety, or suitability of an exercise.
3. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with any physical activity you perform in connection with the App.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, doit.fitness, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

1. Any injury, disability, or death arising from the use or misuse of the exercises described.
2. Any errors or omissions in the fitness content provided.
3. Technical failures or data loss.

3. LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to the App is subject to your prior acceptance of Apple's Standard EULA. You acknowledge that:

1. The license is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control.
2. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
3. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, doit.fitness, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation and defense.

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONDUCT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

If the App offers premium features via subscription, payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features therein with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which doit.fitness operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
